Njabulo Dlamini
About

Co-Executive Director

Advocate Njabulo Dlamini is the Co-Executive Director and Founder of the NJ Dlamini Foundation. He is a legal professional and social entrepreneur committed to advancing community empowerment, inclusive education, and social development, particularly within disadvantaged and rural communities across South Africa.

Njabulo is a distinguished legal professional with a strong background in law and governance. Born in eManguzi, KwaZulu-Natal, his early life in a rural community played a formative role in shaping his passion for development, justice, and access to opportunity. He holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and an LLM from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

As the founder of the NJ Dlamini Foundation, Njabulo leads philanthropic initiatives focused on supporting children with special needs and promoting access to education in rural areas across South Africa. Through the Foundation, he works to restore dignity, create opportunity, and build sustainable pathways for young people and communities.

In addition to his philanthropic work, Njabulo serves in leadership roles across multiple business ventures. He is the Director of Dlamini NP Attorneys, a legal services firm, NJP Transport, Dlamini NP Properties, and Njusta001 Clothing, reflecting a diverse portfolio spanning legal services, logistics, real estate, and fashion. His business leadership complements his community-focused work by promoting entrepreneurship and economic participation.

Guided by a strong belief in justice, opportunity, and service, Advocate Njabulo Dlamini remains committed to empowering disadvantaged communities through education, development, and support.

Gugulethu Mashinini
About

Co-Executive Director

Gugulethu Charmaine Mashinini is the Co-Founder and Chairperson/Co-Executive Director of the NJ Dlamini Foundation, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the overall direction, governance, and sustainability of the organisation. She supports programme development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values. She also plays a key role in advocacy, brand positioning, and resource mobilisation to strengthen the organisation’s impact.

Gugulethu is a Public Relations and Marketing Specialist with experience across the engineering, non-profit, fashion, and entrepreneurial sectors. She holds an Honours degree in Marketing and Public Relations Management and a diploma in Computer Literacy. Her professional background includes public relations strategy, marketing communications, brand development, campaign planning, and community-focused initiatives that require strong coordination between partners, sponsors, beneficiaries, and the public.

In addition to her role at the Foundation, she is the CEO of NJUSTA001 Clothing, a fashion brand she leads from concept development to marketing, brand management, and operations. She is motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful change by empowering communities and restoring dignity through impactful, advocacy-driven, and people-centred initiatives.

Sekomo Mpoyana

Office Administrator

Sekomo Mpoyana is the Secretary (Office Administrator) at the organisation, where she provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Her responsibilities include handling correspondence and emails, communicating with members, maintaining organisational records, organising meetings, and preparing reports.

She brings strong organisational and communication skills to her role, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage schedules efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently. Sekomo also possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities that contribute positively to the organisation’s effectiveness.

She is passionate about working with people, including both able-bodied and persons with disabilities, and is committed to supporting an inclusive and well-organised working environment.

Tsholofelo Msweli

Finance Officer

Tsholofelo Msweli is the Finance Officer and Treasurer of the NJ Dlamini Foundation, where she is responsible for managing the organisation’s financial operations and ensuring sound financial governance. Her role includes overseeing financial transactions, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Through her work, she supports transparency, accountability, and the effective use of resources in alignment with the Foundation’s mission and objectives.

Tsholofelo has professional experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Her background includes managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring expenditure, preparing financial reports, and supporting organisational decision-making through accurate financial analysis. She brings strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of financial compliance and risk management, which contribute to the sustainability and credibility of the Foundation’s operations.

She is motivated by the NJ Dlamini Foundation’s vision and mission and is drawn to its organisational culture and commitment to community upliftment. Tsholofelo believes her skills and experience align well with the Foundation’s goals and is committed to contributing to its long-term impact and growth.

Andzani Chabalala is a Graphic Designer at the organisation, where he is responsible for creating visual content that supports communication, campaigns, and digital engagement. He also supports the organisation by assisting with website management and content updates, ensuring that online platforms remain current, accessible, and visually consistent.
